PE pipe fittings are widely used in various industries due to their stable chemical properties, and gradually replace water supply pipes such as steel pipes and cement pipes. A good PE pipe needs to meet many conditions. The quality of the manufactured PE pipe must meet the standard requirements, and the following conditions must be met:
1. Color: The color of ordinary drinking water pipes is blue or black, and there should be co-extruded blue color bars on the black pipes, usually three color bars. Others can be blue or black, but pipes exposed to sunlight need to be black.
2. Length: The length of ordinary PE pipes is 6 meters, 9 meters and 12 meters, which can be specially customized according to your needs, and the length can be agreed upon unilaterally. The deviation of length cannot exceed 0.4 percent of length and cannot be shorter than 0.2 percent of length. The diameter of the coil should not be less than 18 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
3. Appearance: The pipes produced by good PE pipe manufacturers have smooth and clean inner surfaces, no bubbles, no obvious scratches, dents, magazines and uneven colors. The pipe end cuts are flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis.
